How long does delivery take?
In most cases, orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery time depends on stock availability, your delivery location, courier schedules and weekends. Some regional and remote areas may take longer.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
Where possible, we recommend having someone available to sign for the parcel. If that is not possible, leave clear delivery instructions when placing your order, such as an Authority to Leave if it is safe to do so.
If no delivery instructions are provided and the courier cannot deliver, they may leave a card. You will then need to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Under certain circumstances, collection may be available from one of our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane. Please contact us before placing your order so we can check stock and make the right arrangements.

Payments, Security & Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer via EFT.
I do not want to enter my credit card details online. What can I do?
You can call 1300 827 790 and provide your credit card details over the phone. Alternatively, you can pay by direct deposit or bank transfer.
Is the TonerMarket website secure?
Yes. TonerMarket uses secure SSL encryption to help protect online transactions and customer information.
Will I receive a tax invoice with my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation after payment is received, and your invoice will be sent once the order is dispatched. A warehouse picking slip may also be attached to the delivery.
How does the Price Beat offer work?
If you find a lower price for the exact same product elsewhere, contact us by email, phone or live chat with a link to the product. The product must be the same item and must be genuine, sealed and non-clearance stock.

Returns & Cartridge Problems
Can I return my cartridge?
Returns generally fall into two categories: incorrectly ordered goods and faulty goods. Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without one.
Incorrectly ordered goods
Incorrectly ordered goods can usually be returned within 60 days, provided the item is unopened, the original packaging is intact, and the product has not been damaged or defaced. Incorrectly ordered goods incur a 15% restocking fee.
You are responsible for return freight and proof of delivery. Once your return is approved, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Faulty goods
Faulty goods must also be returned with a Return Authorisation Number. In most cases, returns older than 90 days from invoice date cannot be credited due to manufacturer restrictions, although some exceptions may apply.
For laser or copier cartridge faults, printed page samples may be required unless the printer does not recognise the cartridge or the toner will not function in the machine.

What if I ordered the wrong item?
Do not open the packaging. Check the cartridge code against your printer model first. If you are unsure, contact us before opening the item so we can help confirm compatibility.

I think I received the wrong cartridge. Should I try installing it?
No. Do not open the seal or try installing the cartridge. Opening or using the product may affect your ability to return it.

What should I do if a genuine cartridge is faulty?
Fault claims for genuine OEM cartridges usually need to be raised with the original manufacturer first, such as Brother, HP, Canon, Epson or another printer brand.
We recommend contacting the printer manufacturer’s help desk as an initial step. If you need the correct support number, contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.
What should I do if a compatible cartridge is faulty?
If a compatible cartridge does not perform as expected during the 6 month warranty period, TonerMarket will assess the issue and may replace, repair, refund or credit the product.
Please keep the original packaging where possible and contact us before returning the item.
Choosing the Right Ink or Toner
What happens if I do not know my printer model or cartridge code?
Call 1300 827 790 and our team will help identify the right cartridge for your printer. You can also start by browsing printer brands, toner cartridges or ink cartridges.
Why does my Brother toner look too small?
Many Brother toner cartridges are designed to fit into a separate drum unit. The toner does not usually go directly into the printer by itself. Make sure you are inserting the toner into the drum unit first.
If you are unsure, contact us before forcing the cartridge into the machine.
How long will my cartridge last once it is in the printer?
Cartridge life depends on how much you print and how much coverage is on each page. Page yield is usually based on approximately 5% page coverage. If your documents use heavier coverage, large images or full-page colour, the cartridge will print fewer pages than the stated yield.
For higher volume printing, consider high yield cartridges.
How many pages will a compatible toner or cartridge print?
Most compatible toners and cartridges are designed to produce a similar page yield to the genuine equivalent. Always check the product page for the listed yield before ordering.

Recycling & Rewards
Can I recycle my old toner cartridges?
Yes. You can check whether you qualify for cartridge collection through Planet Ark’s cartridge recycling program, or look for a local drop-off point.

Where is my TonerMate Gold from past orders?
The TonerMates Loyalty Rewards program officially began on 8 May 2024. Customers only earn Gold from eligible orders placed from that date onwards. Gold is not applied retroactively to older orders.

Can I redeem TonerMate Gold with cart-level discounts?
Yes. Gold redemption can work alongside other discounts and promotions. In some cases, a cart-level discount may take priority over a TonerMate reward if the order reaches a promotion threshold.
Does TonerMate Gold expire?
Yes. TonerMate Gold expires 6 months from the earning or order date.
