TonerMarket Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain TonerMarket’s shipping, returns, payment methods, price beat policy and promotional terms for orders placed through our website. They apply to purchases of printer ink, toner cartridges and related products from TonerMarket.

Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $90 including GST. Orders below $90 attract a $9.95 postage and handling fee.
Returns
Returns require a Return Authorisation number before goods are sent back to TonerMarket.
Payments
We accept credit card, PayPal, Pay in 4, cheque, direct deposit, money order and approved accounts.
Price Beat
Found a better price before ordering? Contact us and we will review it against our price beat conditions.
Shipping
TonerMarket offers free shipping on orders over $90 including GST. Orders under $90 attract a $9.95 postage and handling fee.
In most cases, orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with the latest estimated time of arrival. You can choose to wait for the item or receive a full refund for the affected item.
Delivery is usually made by courier, Australia Post or Express Post. Please provide an address where the goods can be received between 8:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave a card and you will need to contact them to arrange redelivery.
Authority to Leave (ATL): If it is safe for your parcel to be left unattended, you can provide ATL instructions in the billing address or delivery notes at checkout. This gives the courier authority to leave the delivery at the door or another reasonable location at the delivery address.
Returns
Before returning any product, you must contact TonerMarket to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an RA number. An RA number is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
- If you are unsure whether the cartridge you ordered is correct for your printer, please contact us before opening the packaging.
- Goods are generally not accepted for refund more than 90 days from the invoice date. Requests after this period may be considered on a case by case basis.
- Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in resellable condition. We cannot accept goods that have been opened, damaged or defaced.
- Please pack returned goods inside another box so the original packaging is not damaged by courier labels, stickers or handling.
- You are responsible for return freight charges and proof of delivery. Goods shipped freight-on or receiver-to-pay will be rejected unless prior arrangements have been made with TonerMarket.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods that are accepted for return.
Faulty goods
- Many ink and toner cartridges returned as faulty are found not to be faulty. Before requesting a return, please complete the printer manufacturer’s recommended installation, print head cleaning and alignment procedures.
- If you have an issue with a genuine OEM toner or ink cartridge, the manufacturer’s technical support team may be able to resolve the issue or replace the cartridge directly. TonerMarket can provide manufacturer contact details on request.
- Credits are generally not issued for goods more than 6 months old or 180 days from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturer restrictions. Exceptions may apply where the manufacturer permits them.
- Laser or copier cartridge returns will not be processed without printed page samples from the cartridge in question. This does not apply where the printer does not recognise the cartridge or the toner will not function inside the machine.
- Faulty cartridges must normally be at least 75% full to be accepted for return.
- Products that have been refilled, modified or tampered with will not be accepted for credit.
- Once returned cartridges are received, TonerMarket will evaluate them and contact you with the outcome.
- Warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice. This excludes freight and any other related costs.
Genuine cartridge faults and printer claims
TonerMarket will honour genuine cartridge claims as described above. However, claims relating to printer repair costs caused by a faulty genuine cartridge must be made directly with the original manufacturer, such as Brother, HP, Canon, Epson or Xerox.
In many cases, contacting the printer manufacturer’s help desk is the best first step. This may assist you if a genuine cartridge is found to have caused printer damage and you need to seek reimbursement for repair or replacement costs.

TonerMarket offers several payment options for customer convenience.
Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
PayPal and Pay in 4
Select PayPal at checkout and log in to your PayPal account to confirm payment. PayPal allows you to use your PayPal balance, bank account or card without sharing financial details directly with TonerMarket.
Eligible purchases between $30 and $2,000 may be split into four interest-free instalments using PayPal Pay in 4.

You can pay by cheque made payable to TonerMarket. Please post cheques to:

Price Match and Price Beat Policy
TonerMarket’s “Found a Better Price? We’ll Beat It!” offer applies where the competing product is the exact same product, genuine, sealed and available for purchase.
The offer does not include competitor cashback offers, coupon offers, stock liquidation prices, clearance sale prices, second-hand goods, wholesale pricing or commercial pricing. Shipping and other charges, including any card surcharges or handling fees, must be included when comparing prices.
A price beat enquiry must be made before placing an order. If a lower price is found after an order has been placed, the order is not eligible for the price match or price beat guarantee.

TonerMarket reserves the right to decline a price match or price beat request if the competing price is below our cost. We also reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
Promotions and Sale Terms
Up to 40% off ink and toner
Any “up to 40% off” promotion on ink and toner applies to selected products only. Some items may be discounted by up to 40%, but not every product on the TonerMarket website will be reduced by that amount. Discounts vary by product.
Order total discounts
Promotions such as $10 off orders over $600 or $25 off orders over $1,000 apply to eligible order totals only.
These offers do not stack with TonerMarket’s standard discount structure, coupon codes or TonerMates Loyalty Reward codes unless clearly stated. If a coupon code or TonerMates reward reduces the cart subtotal below the required threshold, the order may no longer qualify for the promotion.
TonerMarket is not obligated to manually adjust an order or cart to maintain eligibility for a promotion.
