In most instances you should receive your order within 1-2 working days after your order has been sent out. Delivery time takes into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends.

If your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you and update you with the latest estimated time of arrival. We will offer you the option of waiting for these items or offering you a full refund.

Delivery is mainly by courier. In order to ensure trackability and confirmation of receipt of goods, Toner Market will generally use courier delivery. Please specify an address where the goods can be received, ideally between 7:30am and 5:30 pm on weekdays. Usually if delivery cannot be made, couriers will leave a note to make another appointment and it is your responsibility to contact them to make the arrangements.
